Product Designer
I love storytelling and community, and I design apps and experiences that bring people together.
From discovery and strategy to polished, ready-to-ship interfaces, I design products that connect user needs with business goals.
User research, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces. I create intuitive, scalable systems with details that make the experience feel memorable.
Brand identity, logos, visual systems, and illustration. I create visual identities that feel cohesive, distinctive, and memorable.
BookSloth was a community for book lovers to discover reads, join clubs, and connect with people who share their taste. As Co-Founder and CEO, I owned the full product: brand identity, UX, UI, and front-end development.
We were acquired in 2023, making us the first women-led Puerto Rican tech company to be acquired.
After BookSloth was acquired, I joined BookClub as Product Designer, a platform built around one idea: leaders are readers. I designed experiences for celebrity-led clubs like Emma Roberts' Belletrist, enterprise reading programs for corporate teams, and a video series with thought leaders including Barbara Corcoran, Scott Miller, Maggie Shipstead, and Emily Chang.
Arcadia Battle Royale was a fully gamified app for a live gaming event. Months before the event, players earned tokens through daily quests, side quests, achievements, and win streaks. On the day, the app became the center of everything: check-in, QR-based gameplay, live voting for favorite operators and cosplayers, XP, leveling, and token redemption for prizes.
At GFR Media, home of El Nuevo Día and Primera Hora, Puerto Rico's most-read newspapers, I led design across digital products and editorial experiences. That meant subscription and paywall flows, video and multimedia sections, breaking news templates, interactive campaign pages, and a design system used across both publications.
An interactive website showcasing my Alice in Wonderland collection, brought to life with whimsical design and storytelling.
